By accessing or using Poycnex's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Poycnex provides HR consulting and employee engagement services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

4. Fees and Payment

For any paid services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Poycnex and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
